The terms that apply when you browse or buy from the Kyvara online store.

Using the store

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are able to enter into a contract.

An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment reference. Until then it stays in pending status.

We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified; you will be refunded in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

All product photography, designs and text on this site belong to Kyvara.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, to the extent permitted by law.
