Roles
Kyvara is the data controller for customer information. Our hosting, database and delivery partners act as processors on our instructions.
Processing scope
Personal data is processed only to run the store: fulfilling orders, verifying payments and supporting customers.
Safeguards
Processors are bound by confidentiality, apply encryption in transit and at rest, and must notify us of any breach without undue delay.
Requests
Business customers who need a signed agreement can request one through our support address.
