How to return or exchange a Kyvara piece after delivery.
Return window
Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition
Pieces must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Hygiene items such as earrings can only be returned if faulty.
Process
Contact support with your order number. We will share the return address and, where applicable, arrange a pickup.
Exchanges
Size or design exchanges are subject to availability; any price difference is settled before dispatch.
