How to cancel a Kyvara order before it ships.
Before dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they move to the shipped status. Message us with your order number.
After dispatch
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery or follow our return process instead.
Cancellations by us
If a piece becomes unavailable or payment cannot be verified, we cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
