How do I pay for my order?
At checkout you'll see our UPI QR code and UPI ID. Pay the exact order amount, then submit the UTR / reference number so we can verify it.
How long does verification take?
Payments are usually verified within a few hours on working days. Your order moves from pending to confirmed once it's done.
Where is my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the email you used at checkout to see live status and history.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch. Message us with your order number and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our return and exchange policy for details.
